It fills whatever space allows it in, distorting what you see until direction becomes impossible to recognize. The longer you remain inside it, the easier it becomes to mistake confusion for truth and destruction for power.
The Smoke Variant represents the parts of ourselves we refuse to confront. Resentment. Pride. Fear. Envy. The wounds we bury instead of healing. Left unchecked, they do not disappear. They become something darker—something capable of clouding judgment, suffocating purpose, and consuming everything around us.
Where the other Variants are shaped by their environments and eventually learn to rise beyond them, Smoke chooses to become the environment.
